FAQ
-
How long does an order take?
On the safe side, our standard turnaround time is typically 7-10 business days after your proof approval. This time may vary based on order size and current shop volume.
-
Can I see a sample before the full order?
We provide a detailed Digital Proof for every order. Physical samples are available upon request but may incur an additional setup fee and extend the lead time.
-
What is "Digitizing"?
Digitizing is the process of converting your graphic file (like a JPEG) into a specific stitch file that our embroidery machines can read. It dictates the stitch type, density, direction, and color changes. This is a one-time fee for a new design.
-
How big can my embroidery design be?
The maximum size depends on the placement. For a standard left chest, designs are typically 3.5" to 4" wide. For back designs, we can go up to 11" to 13" wide, depending on the garment size.

What is DTF Printing?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) is a modern printing technique where a design is printed onto a special film, then a powder adhesive is applied and heat-cured. This transfer is then heat-pressed onto the garment.
-
What are the benefits of DTF over other printing methods?
DTF offers full color vibrancy, exceptional detail (even for gradients and fine lines), high durability, and a soft, flexible feel. It also works beautifully on all fabric types and colors, including darks and synthetics.
